Last updated: 15 October 2026
Previous version of our Terms of Service, of 15 October 2026. It still applies to an account created before 16 October 2026 until our Polish terms (tisradar.pl/regulamin) apply to it, that is 30 days after our email about the change (§ 31(1) of the current terms at tisradar.pl/terms).
These Terms govern your use of the TisRadar application and of this website, both operated by TiS AI sp. z o.o., a limited liability company with its registered office at Kłębowo 242, 11-100 Kłębowo, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register kept by the District Court in Olsztyn, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001082897, NIP 5833499345, share capital PLN 30,000.00 ("we", "us"). By using TisRadar you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the application.
TisRadar is a web application for managing and analysing social media accounts. It lets an authorised user connect their own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube through those platforms' official authorisation flows, view statistics for those accounts and their content, plan and compose posts, publish them to the connected accounts, and manage comments received on their own posts.
TisRadar can also give each profile its own collaboration address on wspolpraca.tisradar.pl:
TisRadar is offered to people who manage social media accounts. New accounts are opened only with an invitation from us. When you create an account you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement in section 15. You must be at least 18 years old, and you may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
You sign in with Google, with Apple, or with a one-time link or code sent to your email address, depending on the options shown on the sign-in screen. You are responsible for keeping access to those accounts and to your mailbox secure and for everything done through your TisRadar session. In Settings you can see and remove sign-in methods and sign out of all devices. On the Plan screen you can download your data and delete your account. Tell us immediately at kontakt@tisradar.pl if you believe someone else has gained access.
Content is never published on our initiative. Every post, reel, story and video is sent because you clicked publish, or at a time you scheduled yourself – a scheduled item stays in a visible queue that you can cancel until the moment it is sent. Replies drafted for you in the comment inbox are likewise sent only after you approve each one.
Three things happen without a further click. The first is a rule you create yourself. On Facebook and Instagram you can create a rule for a chosen post of yours, with a keyword and a private message containing the link you defined. The rule watches that post and, when the post has an episode code, the copies of the same content on the other platforms. When a viewer's comment is the keyword (the whole comment or its whole first line; a keyword of five or more letters also counts with a single typo, one letter changed, missing or added, or two neighbouring letters swapped), or when the comment clearly asks for the product, for example where to buy it or for the link, the rule sends that viewer the message. Whether a comment asks for the product is assessed by an AI model and additionally checked by the application, which requires a question mark or a request word; uncertain cases wait in the inbox for your click instead of being sent. With the message, the application posts a short public reply under the comment: one of the replies you approved for the post tied to the rule and for its keyword or for its character, word for word (a reply approved for a post only for a rule tied to that post before it sent the message, and only while the post has the same episode code and products), or, when none is left, the fallback text saved in the rule; if the rule has no fallback text, or a reply of yours is already under the comment, no public reply is posted. Replies proposed by an AI model are never posted until you approve each of them. On Facebook it also likes the comment unless you switched that off. A rule sends each viewer its message once where the platform shows who wrote the comment, sends at most one automatic message per comment, acts only on comments that reach TisRadar after the rule was created and, on Facebook and Instagram, only within seven days of the comment, and respects the daily limit you set for each keyword (80 messages by default). Messages held back by that limit are sent automatically the next morning between 6:00 and 8:00 Polish time, spread over that window and counted towards that day's limit, and only while the comment is not older than seven days. A typo found only in the first line and a keyword followed by offensive words do not send anything on their own: they wait in the inbox for your click. A typo that could match two keywords is not treated as a keyword at all. If a person who has already received the message writes the keyword again, the application posts at most one short reminder a day in a fixed sentence and on Facebook likes the comment if the rule says so; later repeats are only liked, and nothing is hidden for this reason. Threads has no private messages through its API: under a copy of the content on Threads, a comment that clearly asks for the product receives instead a public reply containing the link from the rule, in one of a few fixed sentences, and uncertain cases wait in the inbox. You define the keyword, the post and the message in advance and can switch the rule off at any time; while it is on, the sending happens without a further click. The rule does not exist on TikTok or YouTube and never acts on comments there.
The second is ready answers, which you switch on for a chosen post when you publish or schedule it, together with a separate switch that lets them go without asking; without that switch they only wait in the inbox. You write the answers and the thank-you sentences yourself. While they are on, the application posts one of your answers, word for word, under a comment on that post on Facebook, Instagram or Threads that an AI model recognises as asking exactly what the answer covers, and may thank a comment that is plainly praise with a sentence from your list, liking it on Facebook. It does not act on hate, spam, requests for a link, comments covered by a keyword rule or comments that already have your reply, posts at most one reply per comment, and stops after the daily limit and the number of days you set. Uncertain matches and replies within a thread wait in the inbox. You can edit or stop the answers at any time; a change applies from the next reply and does not remove replies already posted.
The third works on its own on Facebook, Instagram and Threads, and on YouTube only once you switch it on in the inbox: a comment written in the last seven days on Facebook, Instagram, Threads or YouTube that contains a link to another website, meaning an address the application does not know as yours, is hidden automatically when the application processes it. Until you switch it on, on YouTube such a comment waits in the inbox with a suggestion to hide it, and you can switch it off at any time. A comment with text next to such a link is hidden this way only once the application knows where you send viewers (your product cards, message rules or the list of addresses in Settings). Before that, and also when the link leads to another page of a website from your product cards or message rules that is not yet on that list, it waits in the inbox with a suggestion to hide it instead. A comment on Facebook or Instagram whose whole text or first line your message rule for that post recognises as its keyword, and a comment you have already replied to, are never hidden automatically. The application hides at most 20 comments this way per profile in an hour; above that, and for a shortened or shared platform link (for example fb.watch) that may lead to your own post, it waits in the inbox with a suggestion to hide it instead. The inbox marks a hidden comment, and one click on Show again brings it back.
You are the author and publisher of everything sent through the application, including messages and public replies sent by a rule you created and your ready answers, and you remain responsible for it.
The YouTube features of TisRadar use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to TisRadar or using any of its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy; what TisRadar itself reads from and writes to your channel is described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy. You can revoke TisRadar's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Parts of the application propose draft text, topic ideas and reply suggestions produced with the help of automated language models. These are proposals only. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable, they are shown to you for review, and nothing is published until you accept it. This includes the short public reply posted by a rule you created (section 6): an AI model proposes such replies only when you ask, the rule posts only the proposals you approved, word for word, and otherwise the fallback reply saved in the rule; on Threads that reply is a fixed sentence with your link, not AI text. Ready answers (section 6) are not AI text either: they are your own words, and the AI model only decides whether a comment matches them. That decision can be wrong: only matches the model is sure about are sent, uncertain ones wait in the inbox, and you can stop the answers at any time. Hiding a comment with a link to another website (section 6) uses no AI: the application compares the addresses in the comment with the addresses it knows as yours, so a link of yours it does not know can be hidden; add it to the list of addresses in Settings, and bring the comment back with Show again. The rating of emails received at your collaboration address (section 2) is advice, not a verdict: it can miss a term or misjudge an offer, so read the email itself before you decide. You are responsible for reviewing any suggestion before using it, and for the wording of the replies you approve and of the fallback reply in your rules.
TisRadar relies on the public developer APIs of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok and Google (YouTube API Services). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies, and their names and logos belong to them. Those platforms may change, restrict or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may change or disable parts of TisRadar without notice. Data shown in TisRadar is provided by those platforms and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
The application, its source code, design and name belong to TiS AI sp. z o.o.. Content that you create, upload or publish through TisRadar remains yours; you grant us only the limited technical permission needed to store it and deliver it to the platform you chose.
We aim to keep the application available and correct, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that data returned by third-party APIs is accurate.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, lost reach, or loss of data caused by a third-party platform's decisions or outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional fault or for damage to health or life, or the statutory rights of a consumer.
Paid plans are not on sale yet: until sales start, only our test accounts can order a plan, and their payments are test payments. Orders of plans are governed by our Polish terms at tisradar.pl/regulamin. An account has access for the period shown on the Plan screen: a pilot, a trial, a period agreed with us or a paid plan. When that period ends, the account becomes read-only for 30 days: you can see and download your data, disconnect your accounts and delete the account, but nothing is published, sent or replied to, and scheduled publications are paused; none of them goes out later without a new click from you. After those 30 days the account and its data are deleted.
You may stop using TisRadar at any time, disconnect your accounts from the application or from the platform's settings, and delete your account on the Plan screen; you have seven full days after the day of the request to change your mind, or less if the account's read-only period ends sooner. As soon as you ask to delete the account, we end a subscription whose payment did not go through and cancel the invoices still to be paid (we do not collect the overdue payment), and a subscription with a paid period that has not been cancelled yet is set to end with that period. Cancelling the deletion does not bring back an ended subscription or cancelled invoices: to keep using a plan, buy it again; you can undo the cancellation of a subscription with a paid period until that period ends. We may suspend or withdraw access if these Terms are breached or if required by a connected platform or by law. On termination, stored data is deleted in line with section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
When you use TisRadar for your accounts, you decide why the personal data of your audience is processed; you are its controller and we process it on your behalf, as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation. This section is our agreement on that processing.
We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes affecting users of the application will be communicated to them directly. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the courts competent for the registered seat of TiS AI sp. z o.o., without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
