Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the TisRadar application and of this website, both operated by TiS AI sp. z o.o., a limited liability company with its registered office at Kłębowo 242, 11-100 Kłębowo, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register kept by the District Court in Olsztyn, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001082897, NIP 5833499345, share capital PLN 30,000.00 ("we", "us"). By using TisRadar you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the application.

2. What the service does

TisRadar is a web application for managing and analysing social media accounts. It lets an authorised user connect their own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Threads and TikTok through those platforms' official authorisation flows, view statistics for those accounts and their content, plan and compose posts, publish them to the connected accounts, and manage comments received on their own posts.

3. Who may use it

TisRadar is offered to people who manage social media accounts. An account is created for a named person after they request one. You must be at least 16 years old, and you may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

4. Your account

You sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for everything done through your TisRadar session. Tell us immediately at tisaispzoo@gmail.com if you believe someone else has gained access.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Publishing and messaging are your decision

Content is never published on our initiative. Every post, reel, story and video is sent because you clicked publish, or at a time you scheduled yourself — a scheduled item stays in a visible queue that you can cancel until the moment it is sent. Replies drafted for you in the comment inbox are likewise sent only after you approve each one.

One feature is deliberately automatic, and you switch it on yourself. On Facebook, Instagram and Threads you can create a rule that watches for a keyword in the comments under a chosen post of yours and, when a viewer writes that keyword, automatically sends them the link you defined. The rule sends each viewer the message once, respects a daily limit, and works only on posts for which you created it. You define the keyword and the message in advance; from then on the sending happens without a further click. This feature does not exist on TikTok.

You are the author and publisher of everything sent through the application, including messages sent by a rule you created, and you remain responsible for it.

7. AI-generated suggestions

Parts of the application propose draft text, topic ideas and reply suggestions produced with the help of automated language models. These are proposals only. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable, they are shown to you for review, and nothing is published until you accept it. You are responsible for reviewing any suggestion before using it.

8. Third-party platforms

TisRadar relies on the public developer APIs of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and TikTok. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies, and their names and logos belong to them. Those platforms may change, restrict or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may change or disable parts of TisRadar without notice. Data shown in TisRadar is provided by those platforms and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

9. Intellectual property

The application, its source code, design and name belong to TiS AI sp. z o.o.. Content that you create, upload or publish through TisRadar remains yours; you grant us only the limited technical permission needed to store it and deliver it to the platform you chose.

10. Availability and no warranty

We aim to keep the application available and correct, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that data returned by third-party APIs is accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, lost reach, or loss of data caused by a third-party platform's decisions or outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional fault or for damage to health or life, or the statutory rights of a consumer.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using TisRadar at any time and disconnect your accounts from the application or from the platform's settings. We may suspend or withdraw access if these Terms are breached or if required by a connected platform or by law. On termination, stored data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes affecting users of the application will be communicated to them directly. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the courts competent for the registered seat of TiS AI sp. z o.o., without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
